Michael was one of those kids who grew up on a job site. When he was thirteen he started working for his dad's construction company carrying roofing shingles up a ladder for one dollar a day. He recalls with fondness when his pay increased to one dollar an hour, a lesson that resonates with him today. Hard work done well brings reward.
Michael was raised in a contractor's household and has worked on residential and commercial projects his entire life. He is a graduate of the School of Arts, Communication Arts and Design Department at Virginia Commonwealth University. He has an unlimited construction license and has been building fine properties for discerning clients for over thirty-four years.
Heather is the daughter of an old school mechanic, and she was raised to never shy away from a physical task. If the car needed to be fixed, a door needed to be hung or a window removed, she was always first, in front of the boys, to give it a try. This understanding of how things work, combined with her natural confidence, suits her perfectly in the building industry.
Heather is a graduate of ITT with a degree in architectural drafting. She has an extensive background in residential and commercial construction. She is OSHA certified and has been in construction for over thirty years.
