Michael Woodby . President
Michael was one of those kids who grew up on a job site. When he was thirteen he started working for his dad's construction company carrying roofing shingles up a ladder for one dollar a day. He recalls with fondness when his pay increased to one dollar an hour, a lesson that resonates with him today. Hard work done well brings reward.
Michael was raised in a contractor's household and has worked on residential and commercial projects his entire life. He is a graduate of the School of Arts, Communication Arts and Design Department at Virginia Commonwealth University. He has a Virginia Class A construction license and has been building fine properties for discerning clients for over thirty-eight years.
Heather Woodby . Vice President
Heather is an architectural designer and construction project manager. She is a lifelong builder who was raised to never be afraid of being "hands-on" in construction.
She has an extensive background in architectural and structural design. Her ability to see spaces through the eyes of an acomplished builder makes her designs thoughtful, beautiful and highly detailed. She is OSHA certified and has been in design and construction for over thirty years.
